Drew Montague founded MI&F in November of 2021 during the pandemic and immediately went to work to serving clients in the Four States region of the Midwest. Drew and Charlotte along with their children Jolee (7), Wade (5), and Bailee (1) enjoy raising cattle on their farm outside of Carthage and serving as a Deacon in their church and on the worship team.
Rylee Montague joined MI&F after spending several years in the commercial insurance field and applied her expertise to our insureds. Rylee is incredibly meticulous, and detail focused to ensure that our clients are well taken care of. Rylee, Lucas Montague and children, Emmitt (3) and Noah (8 months) enjoy spending time on the farm and raising quality Boer goats.
